Yep this is working nice! I think you may have broked getAngleRadians() though :p Returning 140 degrees at North :)

I was using the previous release so it may be fixed but calls to minimap.setangle were sending the character into a perma-spin.

If I get time today I'll try it out on the newest one.

Funny story, mine was doing *nothing*. It sat there until the timeout and then quit. I fixed it by changing the line where it decides to use left or right keys to just use left or just right key (with the appropriate keyup at the end of the function). That was with RC3 that Olly zipped in the previous thread. I had heard from other people that their scripts rotated fine when calling it and assumed I'd mangled something else. So hearing that yours doesn't let up the key is interesting since mine wouldn't push the key down.

I have/had the same problem as you since the new Simba, not pressing the key for setAngle. I haven't tried it with rc-4 though.

I gave the latest download olly posted a try.

* The first time I run it I get a hang. This also happened w the rc3 download. Kill it and restart and all is fine.
* Playermanager. I moved my player files but it didn't use them. I re-entered two characters into the 'default'. When I chose the second it logged in the first char.
* Player was set to world 0. It scrolled around and chose a member world (not a member character)
* minimap.setangle() is still going into a permanent loop on me (zigzag back and forth never stopping). There's no timeout. When the script dies the key is still pressed and the char sits in a spin.

As always, thanks for the hard work guys!!

1) IDK.
2) The player manager is totally different, it saves it in Simba settings now due to other people having issues with creating a file to write to.
3) Il try fix that
4) Yea, I just noticed i missed a failsafe, my bad!

You should enable SRL debug and see if it was trying to click on the world it actually clicked on. I noticed it would sometimes click 1 world above the world it was trying to click.

Yea, I noticed any time I called setAngle (even randomCompass) it would zigzag but not spin (as if you're tapping left, right, left, right really fast). I reverted to the old getAngleRadians and setAngle for now.

I have a problem where my playermanager isn't saving still. I enter the information, press save player, press save army, exit Rafiki (there's no confirmation in the debug that anything has saved). If I try to open the player manager again (because Simba informs me that my army file doesn't exist) it crashes and I get this:

Simba Version: 1100

I downloaded the zip Olly posted.

Ninja Edit: While typing I downloaded "SimbaInstaller.i386-win32.exe" from Olly's Post here and that let me use Rafiki (which looked like a different form than the zip file but what do I know anyway.)

That was dandy, but then I started my script and setAngle is broken, it holds down the up arrow and that breaks SPS because the angle setting won't work. It's saying:

-- sps.getPlayerPos(): Angle is at 187.594643368591, Setting angle to 0 degrees
---- TRSMinimap.clickCompass(): Clicked compass

Even though it's at 0 degrees (it just keeps clicking the compass.)

Edit Again:

I reverted to the RC3 SRL and kept the second attempt RC4 Simba and it seems to be working now (mainScreen setangle high works)

Not sure was up with your player manager, But glad its working now..?

I should have fixed minimap angle setting and such now, so if you want to try it go ahead and grab SRL-6 from here.
Also added Chatbox.getXP(), If anyone has any idea for names tell them this way we can save scripts from breaking from ashamans one.

@The Mayor Should also test. :)

There's also an Accurate param which is default set to false, if you set it to true it should become more accurate, good if you want to hit them 90, 180 etc angles.

The player manager in your zipped (second post) Simba/SRL crashed repeatedly. When I deleted that and downloaded the file you pointed The Mayor at it worked for me. I'll download that SRL you posted and give it a whirl shortly and let you know, thanks for the quick updates!

Edit:

I lied it just did the same thing (deleted the player file and crashed when I tried to update it) again.

That's a tough one with the naming since I think that function name has circled around a lot. Maybe could just call it .getEXP ? Also sorry work has been crazy since I got back. Little time to help dev :(

It still seemed to jiggle around on me but it did time out so no hang.

Saw these issues:

1) password getting typed after username in username box
2) non-member char set to world 0, tried to login member world
3) Chose second of two chars in playerfile but the first char got logged in

Yea it should jiggle around to get the perfect angle, it normally finds it for me but i guess that could differ on different pcs.
3) I just fixed that, but that will be a method which will one day be removed, you should use Players.setup(Playerform.players);

You can compare floats for equality like this:

function CompareFloat(x,y:Extended; eps:Extended = 1.09e-19): Boolean;

It's nothing new, or close to new… Markus had to literally go to wizzups house for him to release a new Simba once. :p

There's no libtesseract2_64.dll at http://wizzup.org/static/srl/plugins_new_version? (https://github.com/MerlijnWajer/Simba/blob/master/Extensions/srl.sex#L248)

Also where can i find the source code for the plugin? Maybe i can compile it myself.

Yes your right, there isn't. Source is on Brandons git.

Should probably say i686 instead of i386 as that's what it really was compiled as but meh.. details..

libTesseract-x86_64.dll = 64-bit windows.. It's smaller and faster than the 32-bit one (I think I forgot to strip the 32-bit lzma but meh.. cba to recompile).. I remember stripping this one. Don't know if it works as I never tested it but it should (hopefully.. I remember having to modify leptonica to even get it to compile.. They were casting 64-bit pointers to 32-bit integers all over the place.. iirc -_-).

I updated the readme today to show how to get the libs to compile on windows-64.

Lol.. if you do decide to recompile anything for tesseract for windows.. riwu.. I wish you all the luck in the world lol. You'll definitely need it.

Meh, I think the ones i added were from pm's I never knew you compiled a 64-bit one… heh will add it.

e: Added it, and yea… I never see this plugin getting updated ever, they should totally make a standalone tesseract. ;)

And i just enabled this: https://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=110406
