Idgaf about what you all think about Powerbot, but if Kiko says it alright, im so down to go there.

Only thing I have against that stuff is timer is heavily involved so I hear.. and after having him brag to me about his password stealing scripts on like every bot, (year + ago) I really don't bother with anything other than simba, nor did I before that.. but that just adds to my dislike of the 'others'

I don't know if I should buy this if I already bought epicbot's. I'm gonna see how optimus does first. Honestly I've gotten more xp from epicbot's than I ever did from iDungeon.

The only reason I am slightly weary of this is because it is SO close to the bot nuke, why bring it back now if he could of months ago? (And he could of too, there was really not much stopping him… I mean people built new dung bots from scratch in the time that was repaired)

i think it was because he quit scripting after the downfall of RSB so maybe he just decided to come back a little while ago. I'm not sure thats just my theory :p

RSBuddy was allrite. It was powerbot which stole passwords when free trade was released.

Idk about iDung really, havent used it during RSBuddy era and I aint impressed now. Will stick with ProDung

I'm regretting buying it too, epicbot hasn't fixed the toolbar issue, but apparently powerbot's been working for some time now.

Lets just say.. Right now the iDung isn't that great at all. With 101 dungeoneering, it doesn't recognize prom 2h. It doesn't do mediums. Gets stuck on the puzzle where you have to shift the tiles so that there is one empty corner.

It gets stuck on the emotes puzzle, etc.. Not worth using outside of small dungeons. On small it gets stuck on floor 23 for me for the sliding puzzle. If your char somehow walks beside a door that has the glowing thing for the key, if it needs to run to the otherside, it will stay there trying forever even though the door is stopping it.

Dung bots are good for when you can't be on the computer and doing c1s for you. But the xp rates are probably 15% of what you'd get legit, so would be best to legit as much as you can.

I'm 58 dung and have never entered a single dungeon legitimately by myself; all from lamps and tears of guthix. I don't have any clue how to dung, the terms, what to bind, etc… and quite frankly I don't care to learn because from what I see it looks extremely boring and time consuming.

So for people like me, this coming back out is the best thing since sliced bread. Unless you've already bought EB's dung script, then you might be what they call stupid if you don't take advantage of this while it's free.

I would be interested, but with a botnuke within the near future, I see no point in purchasing this.

The client is working so bad for me. After stopping the bot i wasnt able to then find it again in my list. After restarting client it would take forever to load up rs (20mins) and once again would not find any added bots. Kinda weird. But when i did run idung it was pretty nice since im only 39 dung.

It has some problems for like 2 hours now. Just wait for a fix :) It's still just a bot after all, it's not perfect.

been running it for 2 and a half hours, no problems at all, completed every puzzle, hasn't died once. i'm also doing mediums fine.

and yes it doesn't recognise the weapon but that doesn't really matter, it still works fine

Been running for over 5 hours now perfectly. Gained me several levels in dung and other skills. For low dung level people, this is great.

I am even worse than this. I am level 30 and literally have no idea what to do. Is there a thread there that explains what gear I should wear, what quick prayers to set, where to start the bot, and all the basic stuff?

No you're not paranoid, is it just a coincidence that he decided to release the script NOW? When the bot nuke's around the corner?

I'm thinking he released now because they feel like since they got around the obfuscating of the client, they can get around anything. They may be right, but as always, it'll be interesting to see what happens.

I've tried both, and I can say that epicbots is better - more refined for sure. For the time being, this one is fine since it's free and both will be broken soon.

Was getting 42k/h.

I've got 1-115+ dung , and don't even know how to enter a dung on my own ;). Used idung the whole way, and now it time to finish off my 120.

Top 125 on the high scores atm, trying to break top 100 by the end of the day. Working pretty well considering that this is a beta.

As for those asking how it performs in comparison to EpicBots ProDungeoneering. In terms of performance, and XP p/h, they're basically neck and neck atm. At least from my experience. I'm getting 39k xp p/h on my 86 dung main. Started a new iDungeon Pure yesterday, and that already has 56 dungeoneering, and then I had an old 40-40-40 account sitting around, and that has already gone from 1-41 dung (just started botting it late last night).

I'll grab some proggies from my main in a bit, but this was from last night on my new iDung pure, before 3.0.1 was even pushed:

Script works pretty fine. I regret buying ProDung.

I used iDung on RsBuddy. Only script i used on rsbuddy. Testing iDung now.

I got a 15 hour proggy on my f2p before the confirm email box came up and stopped the bot. Going to run my main on it today.

Gettin 10k xp/hr, maxed 90 def with Prom 2h.

It's running sick as fuck. getting 50K exp an hour at 115+ dung, 4+ hours running. Whoop Whoop, 120 dung here I come :)

I remember Idung lol. Got me 52-92 dung back in the day. I recommend binding ssh as soon as you find one. DON'T WAIT TILL THE DUNG ENDS TO BIND IT! YOU WILL FORGET AND THAT IS A PROMISE

And I dont know a lot about the RS client & client hacking, but wouldn't it be possible for those Powerbot developers to change the class/package in which your username and password are send to Jagex's servers, in a way to not only send them to Jagex, but also to Powerbot?

RSbuddy stole my account details on two accounts, the annoying thing is the scriptwriters were banned and their scripts were removed, but no announcement was made to tell us that we may have had our user/pass stolen and that we should change them :@

OT: bot is consistently running 6 hour proggies of around 45k exp/hour. Very pleased with it - just hope that when he makes the bot's paid version it will have the "log out" option again , where it resets the 6 hour timer a little bit before between dungeons so that the exp doesn't get messed up. (and I enjoyed seeing the bot just run for like 2-4 days at a time w/out me messing with it ^.^).

edit: and at the people worried about powerbot :

Just don't enter your details anywhere, manually log yourself in. Also for extra safe measure I'm running it on my lap top, where all simba scripts are removed (that contain my user/pass/pin), and I'll never even log in regular RS through browser and put pin in. If I never , ever, put pin in on that PC, then I'm completely safe ^.^ - you all should do the same!

What I got going on for me so far. Right now I plan to just suicide my main on this. I changed my password on this computer, and I have powerbot sandboxed on other computer. So when I'm done botting, delete the contents of the box, change my pw on this computer, account safe.

Also if you put in your account info, it will run past the 6 hours fine.

I know its slightly off topic, but could anyone make me a promethium 2h and plate? I'm willing to pay you for your time please PM me. iDungeon is working great for me besides that :)

You can get for free from friend's chat "smith dung" or "dung smith" I forgot which one it is.

As long as you don't enter your username/password when the script is "playing", you should be fine. Login, and THEN enter your script. I'm not sure if it's safer, but it seems like common sense, right?

This happens to me when i tried to run on virtual machine on my PC. I tried to run on VPS and it worked. Look like their server blocking connections or something. I got it working local after few hours.

To the people having issues logging in: go to the start button, type run > %appdata% > delete any rsbot.bat folders (if they're there). If no folders exist, it might be another problem worth posting about on their forums.

I don't rush any floors, you shouldn't rush any floors unless you're doing legit larges.

I finally decided to try this out and it seem very laggy, hoping that this is just because of my connection.

Soon there will be a dung script on pb which may even be better than Idung since it's made by a very talented scripter.

Wow would be great if that's true. He probably made so much from the original iDung that he doesn't care to make more money from it.

If you pay for members and don't bot goldfarmer stuff you're not going to get banned. Jagex wants money, and they won't ban someone for leveling. I've only ever gotten 1 account banned and that was for botting chaos fields for d picks. My other 2 at the minimum 10 hours a day for almost 3 years now and no ban. Maybe I'm a a lucky person but I would say just run this 24/7, no one can even report you.

Question for the peoples, without the required smithing level, how easy is it to find someone to craft you a prom 2h and plate in 'Dung Smith' Cc?

Depends on your luck. I joined the CC before I thought about getting a prom 2h and there were tons of smithers available. Now I'm trying to find one to make me a 2h and there's no one available.

@thomas116, yes it's free at the moment. I've ran it in f2p, and it seems to work very productively for a bot within the dung skill. However I can't say if it's safe or not, so best to be cautious.

Stopped the script to do a farming run, starting script again = Could not load scripts. Powerbot being DDOS'd..

I was about to post this when I tried to load it again, for the +-10th time, and it finally loaded :p

I used to use this at RSBuddy but i forgot which options are the best? So if someone who uses this script a lot recommend a setup for the options? I have 67 pray 84 attack 99 str and 75 def

i get about 30+k exp with 80+ dung hoping for some more now that i actually have secondary wep for those pesky NPCs that bind, or have prayer. (they have been killing me alot ever since i hit ocult floors.)

From what I've heard, unless you can get your hands on a Hexhunter, Magic is a better secondary to use.

I remember the developer Kiko mentioning that somewhere too.

Doing good so far, got 60-96 the day it came out.

65 - 99 got it earlier :)

Well, it seems iDung has finally gone back to the VIP model. It was fun while it lasted. There is a Lite version available, but it only does complexities up to C4. To run at C6 you'll need the VIP version.

I'm trying the Lite version now. F2P floors only, I'm getting around 5k Dung xp/h, compared to the 17k xp/h I was getting before. It's better than nothing, but going 85-99 is going to take much longer now and 120 is essentially out of the question.

Smart move on a pure profit prospective, cashing in (AGAIN) right before a script become useless. Bad move for keeping a costumer base long term, Kiko is going to get spammed by a lot of pissed off 12 year olds after EoC and or NUKE.

exactly what was going through my head. ah well I got what I needed out of it :)

I've read that for the script to go premium it is a requirement to be VIP beforehand, so it could just be the first step to going premium, which I hope it does.
