if its the manual download for sps i have done it multiple timesand i stille cnt get it to work

I understand your frustration, however there isn't much more I can do to help you. Multiple people have had this problem and have used Coh3ns guide to fixing it. The only other thing I could think of it re-installing Simba. If that fails go here:

Make sure you're moving the Plugin, you have to do that.
