SRL Archive - RS3 Outdated / Broken Scripts

Ok guys, first script in a long time, As there was a lack of iron mining scripts available I made this one.

SETUP:

1. Ensure you have the latest version of the script. Download here: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=75949
2. Ensure you have downloaded the ObjectDTM plugin by Euphemism. Download here: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=68112
3. Make sure you have the latest SRL, Simba, SPS and ObjectDTM plugin
4. If you don't want to use SMART, comment out line 18
5. Fill in lines 39 - 44 of the Script
6. Fill in DeclarePlayers; from line 53 - 120
7. Place character in Bank or VE mine
8. Hit run and enjoy!

Current known bugs:

• Occaisionally it will get stuck mining just one rock, waiting until it refreshes and then mines it again, even though there are 4 iron rocks. - This is possibly fixed with v0.5 Let me know.

Future Plans:

• Tweak rock finding - make it quicker
• Recognize gem's when mined
• More failsafes
• Randomisation of walk paths and mining
• Randomly choose between right and left click, with a user to define
• Probably more that i can't think of right now

Update coming soon with better SPS walking paths, progress reports, stats and quite possibly multiplayer. Soon after more fail safes and randomisation. Should be good :)

Unfortunately not, i am just working on that as we speak, I have updated the bank finding and will release v0.3 with pick in inv or wielded sometime tonight or tomorrow.

It runs extremely slow and just bounces around jumping from spot to spot on the rock then right clicks the rock then it scans what little bit of the rock I can see. It never even mined more then 5 ore.

Odd, have you got the latest Simba, SRL, ObjDTM and script? What happened after it mined the 5 ores?

EDIT: I got in 5 hours before runescape went down this morning using v0.5. It should be ready to release soon :D

Odd, it all looks ok, If you can hang on just a little bit longer, i have 0.5 coming out soon.

My first post still says there are 0 views on v0.5. Are you sure you are using the new version? I have v0.4 and v0.5 uploaded. Inventory option is working fine for me.

Edit: What pickaxe are you using?

v0.6 is still in development. I did however, run it for 3 and a half hours tonight while i was playing monopoly. Stopped it only due to the fact that i am going to bed.

I found that the newer rock finding was slow, so i switched back and tweaked it a little bit. There is still some more changes to be made before i release v0.6, if i get time, it will be released as v1, but people that run it, need to post feedback! Although, i just found out tonight, there is a stats issue in it that i will fix tomorrow, but it's still commiting time, so i know people are using it!

If you take the 20 seconds to post feedback and progress reports, it will only get better for you.

Started off in mine and it worked great and made it back to bank. After depositing everything instead of going east out of the bank, he goes west everytime. I've been trying to make my first script to chop the oaks to the east of the bank and it ends up doing the same thing. Could this be a problem with sps?

Sounds like you might have an issue with sps, try redownloading/updating. I have never had this issue.

Its very slow.. it stands there for 10seconds before clicking on a rock, by the time, all the other bots are already mining.. mind fixing that?

Third try, After it had full invo of iron ore, It gets stuck walking to the bank and or back to the mine site

keeps going west varrock wtf lol..isnt there a decent mining script..

I can't seem to find one that will mine and bank iron.. It mine's fine, but won't walk after. Do I need to install a plug in or something? Or are the scripts out-dated?

It's probably outdated.
