other people have had this problem
and had it resolved
i've tried everything i read as a possible solution
still nothing

Make sure your SPS folder is in /simba/includes/

this is my new issue. .

edit; ive got msi working on my laptop, i was trying to run it in a virtual box and i'm thinking maybe that's the issue.

Did you get the latest version?

You may be setting up the script wrong. Are you using the form?

this happens before the form even pops up. .

Go to your MSI folder and delete Player.txt and try again.

thanks, sorry i'd used that thread adn couldn't find a solution to my first couple of problems, i looked again for the issue but i was looking for a huge block of text like it gave me haha

hey this is the wrong section to ask a question like this, but i think you mentioned your "army" of bots at one point in a thread

well i enjoy msi, and while im learning the basics/how to script/etc i want to be running 3 miners, 3 woodcutters, and 3 fishers
in 3 simba clients (one for each skill)

is there a way to do this? i tend to get errors trying to run multiple simbas running msi. . usually it deletes my saved players and stuff (corrupts the file somehow) and i have to set it up with 3 more accounts, rinse and repeat for each client. once i have to close the clients, i have to do this again. it takes over half an hour to get the second and third client set up usually.

This issue is going to be fixed in the MSI Form V2 (if I ever get the time to finish it). For now, I'll tell you what I do.

• Delete Player.txt
• Open Simba and run MSI
• Setup ALL your players in the form, save it so all 9 players are setup in the form.
• Now, simply check off the Woodcutters and uncheck all the rest. That instance of Simba will only rotate through the Woodcutters.
• Open a new instance of Simba
• Uncheck the Woodcutters and check off the Fishers
• do the same for Miners and you're good to go. ;)

If you use the SRL Player remote extension it'll ask you which instance to use so there's no issues there.

I hope msi keeps getting better and better, this is some interesting stuff.

Since occasionally i still get corrupted player.txt, could i just copy the file to documents or something, and when it gets corrupt replace it with the working file i copied?

yea it makes sense and would most likely work fine

Yeah that should work just fine. If you take a look at Player.txt, it's a pretty straight forward format.
