Typo Terror II
History:
Typo Terror II is a remake of one of my old scripts I made two years ago which was too bloated and slow therefore this one tends to be more simpler and less lines almost like a "lite" version.

Features:

  • Ability to make mistakes.
  • Automated mode - types automatically.
  • Manually mode - use shortcuts.
  • Form for easy setup.
  • Allows for up to two messages.
  • Effects and colours.
  • Progress report.

Instructions:

  1. Target the Runescape client.
  2. You may start logged out or in if you want. the script will not type until you are logged in.
  3. Start the script and then fill in the setup form, if you only want one message then leave the 2nd message alone.
  4. When you start the script you will notice that the Scar window title changes to "Automated Mode" this means that the script will auto type for you, if you want to change to manual mode then hold in F9 until the title changes to "Manual Mode".
  5. When you are in manual mode use the F11 for message one and F12 for message two. The script will not type while you are in manual mode.
  6. When you are done auto typing press CTRL + Shift to stop the script and print a progress report.
  7. Copy and paste the progress report onto this thread. :p

Bugs:
No bugs yet.

Versions:

  • Version 1.0 - First Release

Lacking in Features:
You may find that this script lacks in features compared to what other autotalkers there is out there such as antiban, antirandoms and accepting trade. I did not add any of these because I felt they where unecessary and wasted time instead, I added a simple pausing method for the script by switching it back and forth from auto mode to manual, which to me worked quite well.

Notes:
In the script there is constants that can be edited. If you are running this script for the first time there is really no need to change them, although if you find some of the stuff in the script annoying (such as the intro) you can disable it via the constants.

you should add a thing for typos so that if it messes up on the effects it types a random range of 0-5 or something then deletes them and fixes it then goes back and types it again ;)

realllllllly good tho :D keep it up

Thanks, are you talking about the intro or the actual typing of a message? I don't know what you mean when you mention "effects".

Hey cathering, can you make this script be able to use periods, dashes, parenthesis and those types of things PRETTY PLEASE.
If it is too tedious then all I need are
-
(
)
/
.
Those characters to be able to be written. Thank you.
By the way, if you run this script on a non-SMART window, then it works, but I need it to work when I set it up as a smart script. Can you please fix it?

This script can type any symbol and I haven't tested it with SMART (probably works anyway) but if you want to add SMART then:

Yeah, I tried that, and the SMART can't use the Shift Key. Like if I make the autotyper say a ( in Smart, it will just turn into a 9. It may be because SMART isn't capable of using Shift?

I don't know then I haven't actually used SMART much (apart from once for about 1 minute just to see what it does), the script uses the standard TypeSend; in SRL so I don't know if it's just on your side or it's on SMARTs side. Since I'm going to be making a script that has a auto responder and is using SMART, I'll check myself.
