1. Finish the Complete SCAR & SRL Setup Tutorial.

Outdated

2. Open your script.

3. Find this line:

{.Include SRL\SRL.SCAR}

4. Change it to:

{.Include SRL\SRL\Misc\SMART.SCAR}
{.Include SRL\SRL.SCAR}

5-8: Fly a kite.

9. File->Save.

10. Run script.

It's too likely to break again though, I would recommend using world prefixes.

You didn't complete the Complete SCAR & SRL setup and/or don't have the latest version of SCAR 3.15b/ SRL 4.00 Rev 20.

omg. i dont want to spam but i want to thank you so much cause i was trying everything but i was following the tut VERY easy way to add smart to any script but it would never work and it was pissing me off. But thank you so much this is very easy to follow and works perfectly

i tried to add SMART to munk's shmelta script and it worked but after it logs in it moves the compass like its supposed to and then in the debug box in scar it says Creating the NickTPA and then does nothing and just stops working, but it still says the script is running.
any help? thxx

i just needed to be logged in first then wait a bit after that.

Thanks for this great tut, it helped me to convert one of my older scripts to a SMART script! Easy to follow steps and everything's nicely explained (even though it's a very short tut, still nicely written).

I tried to SMART Footballjds longbow stringer and i got this:
Failed when compiling
Line 7: [Error] (16734:11): Duplicate identifier 'MOVEMOUSE' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.15\includes\srl/srl/misc/SMART.scar

I tried your test script and it worked perfectly so I know its not my SMART file, so it must be his script maybe if anyone can help?

what exactly is "SMART"

It would be best if you didnt ask questions without attempting to find them yourself. Use the Search Bar!

There is a clearly marked thread in the SMART Section that exmaplains "exactly (what) SMART is". Figure out if the question has already been answered before posting a reply.


SMART is a program that is used to run Runescape with a built in mouse while being able to accomplish other tasks in the process.

Example: SMART is training your combat and you need to work on a research paper. You run SMART, minimize, and are able to work on the paper without harming or interrupting your botting process. I hope you use the search bar to find out any further information needed past my short description.

Wasn't working for me because I put {.Include SRL\SRL.SCAR} above {.Include SRL\SRL\Misc\SMART.SCAR}. I switched them around and it works great. Good tutorial.

SOMEthing needs to be updated because there isnt a list of worlds to choose from b4 u load runescape anymore. thus, the 'set world prefix' function will not work.

K, this is my error how to i fix it this is the line, i've been getting the error on

SMARTSetUp('world38', True, True, False); {World prefix, safe mode, unsigned, RS-HD}
  SetTargetDC(SMARTGetDC);

this is how you would use it in a script

SmartSetupEx(61, false, true, false);
SetTargetDC(SMARTGetDC);
SetupSRL;

and for PatrykP, you have to add

{.include srl/srl/misc/SMART.scar}

above the

{.include srl/srl.scar}

(it will be at the very top of the script..

program GoblinShredder;
{.include srl/srl/misc/smart.scar}
{.include SRL/SRL.scar}

Invalid world number or corrupted world list. Please review your settings

SetTargetDC(SMARTGetDC);

61 is the world you want to auto in
the first false is for members (false for non mem, true for mem)
the second false is for signed or unsigned
the last false is for high detail or low detail (ALWAYS SET TO FALSE!)

and if the world you want to auto in is non mem, and the first false is set to true, it won't work..

they have to match up :)

im trying to add smart to forefeathers1.2.5 but iv got an error on line 434 invalid number of parameters in script………

i tryed deleting includes file and reinstalling srl, but i still get the same problem

i tried making narcle's autofighter smart but it wont do anything….the mouse wont even move lol…..says it setting up player and searching for npc…etc but nothings happening

i finaly got it to move, but it wont click on any rocks, i set it to mine Coal in the Mining guild, it wont work, it'l just be movieng around

Yea it was great back in the day, its outdated now. I updated it to avoid confusion… but now all you need to do is have SMART included and call SetUpSRL;
