Ok, so if I was in control of the account when I "committed the offense" why the hell wasn't I unbanned. If I was controlling the account, then Third party software couldn't of been in control off the account -_-.

When they say "you were in control of the account", they mean that YOU were the one on the account macroing, they don't mean you were actually playing..
And badluck on the ban :(

No, 10 day, .5 black mark, I'm assuming. They're incompetent, infractioning me for autoing when I hadn't in a week plus. How do you claim someone is autoing when they're trading and talking with the other people they're training with, ffs?

How does Jagex fail? You admit that you were in fact macroing earlier. And you get suspended for macroing. Seems like a perfectly logical thing for Jagex to do. Yes it might have been a week later, but with the amount of reports they get and considering they don't work over the weekends, that's perfectly normal.

No. 100% they won't get it back if its a blackmark for autoing and they are F2P, so trying something impossible to achieve is subsequently a fail.
