okay so it all started when i found srl

i started to use scar and macro on my only account which is (was) my main account

i was running scripts for about 2 months before i got banned which i got a 10 day ban and 0.5 bm

so i waited for those 10 days and started to use a script again once i got my account back and next month i got banned again (still the same 10 day ban and 0.5 bm)

so anyway it continued like this for a few months up until last month (by then i had 3.5 bm)
last month i got another ban for running a script for 23 hours straight :p and once again i got a 10 day ban and 0.5 bm

my acount was fine this morning and i was playing legit on rs for a coule of hours
when it got to 4:30 pm i decided to have one more quick go on my account before the riot in fally (can be found here : http://www.villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32472) so i had a little play in the fight caves
once i had a little play i logged of and went to world 86 and got my noob lvl 3 player into position for the riot in falador

once my player was in position i let the rioting script run on thr lvl 3 noob account

5 mins later i had another pinball random so i stopped the script and done that one
then i set the script off again and i got logged off (no warning or anything it just logged me out) then when i went to log back in it said that my account was disabled so all i thought was, meh! ill use my little brothers account he doesnt play that much so by the time he gas noticed it is banned then i would have forgotten

so i logged in with his account and started the script and 1 minute later i logged out again (once again no warning i just got logged out) then i thought oh s**t
when i went to log back in it said your account has been disabled, so i thought i would see how many bm the first one had and it had 10 so i thought oh s**t if his is like this then i am in trouble
now bearing in mind none of the accounts had any bm
so i checked his account and it had 10
both of them were banned for breaking rule 7

so then my little brother decided to play on runescape as he hadnt played on it for ages and he wanted to see how his account was and just have a little play

then when he tried to login it said that his account is disabled and at that point he turned to me and started having a go at me and shouting at me so now he hates me :p

but meh i dont care i have my own life to get on with :)

but yeah this riot has got my lvl 3 noob banned and my little brothers account banned and got my little brother to hate me :p but i dont care because it was fun while it lasted

but anyway once i had finished with the riot i decided to play a bit more on my main
so i went to login and it said that my account was disabled and i thought wtf!

so i had a look at the offence/ban appeal and my main had jumped up from 4 bm to 13!


so yeah fagex has banned me for no reason and whats worse is that they gave me a 9 bm which has made a perm ban :(

if anyone could give any good excuses for me to get unbanned then tyvm because i need then really bad (btw its a lvl 100 account with 92 wc)(i would post a link to the highscores but it doesnt show up in the high scores if you have 10 bm or more)

Sorry to hear that. Must have been a big loss for you. You might try to appeal, but it's almost auto denied. But you may be lucky with last chance appeal. Only thing to try, is to appeal, and hope you are lucky…

My account got a 10 day ban and 5bm a few days ago. Maybe they have increased the blackmarks for 10 days from 0.5 to 5.0 :(

It DEFINITELY had a LOT to do with the recent bannings. On an account I hadn't been on for about 3 weeks, I logged on, went to the spot of the riot, and noticed that only 2 people were running the script. So I said 'Where is everyone?', and proceeded to try and get the riot script running. I failed (lots of access violation errors and such) and had to leave a few minutes later (So, NOTE: I never actually macroed). After I came home that afternoon, I find the account banned for macroing. It's as if they knew this was coming and banz0red everyone who looked like they were involved.

EDIT: Ooh, just noticed that they changed their macroing evidence to this -

This account has been banned because of macroing.

We do not discuss our detection processes.

We have confirmed beyond doubt that this occurred via our detailed records of
in-game activity.

You have been deemed to have been in complete control at the time of the inci
dent.

Damn good thing i stopped autoing on my lvl 100 main at 3 autoing offences lol. I don't see what you could do to get unbanned seeing as you used all your appeals. On your last chance you could use a different ip to appeal maybe.

my accounts is banned too… i used autofight yesterday morning then 5-7 hours later my MAIN got c-lost and banned 10.5 bm and pure 10 bm too…:mad: :eek:
maybe this have to do with the new files jagex send us ?:confused:

i am going to have to make a new one and it is going to take me soo long to get all the levels and everything back up to how they were

i spent over 2 years getting 1 mill and i had 15 mill yesterday with a load of dragon stuff
and all my levels were above 50
but most of the levels that effect your combat level were above 70

i will make a new account but i dont think i am going to macro much more because of this
i will still be around the forums and be as active as i usually was but i just wont beable to test or run or develop any script :(

Sorry to hear about all that. Yea it might have somethin to do with the riot. It was all people from srl right? They probably started monitoring you guys or something. Also that 24 hr autoing probably didnt help you situation lol. Well im still using the ultra bank n cut on my main so far nothin happening. Hope nothin does.

They banned the higher because they knew your one account was a macroer (using the riot script), then once you logged on right after ON THE SAME IP, they banned your higher account based on the facts that you just macroed on another computer, and that you have previously macro'ed before. They also seem to not like it when macro'ers simply macro just to disturb gameplay.

I knew this riot thing was a bad idea. Good thing I did not partake.

Always use a proxy when on your main. That way they cant use your ip.

The only way Jagex could have banned so many so fast is by knowing about the riot. The only reasonable conclusion I can draw from these events is that Jagex DOES go on these forums. They probably have many accounts and most likely have a few SRL Members. I bet Jagex downloaded the riot script and then wrote a program that would ban anyone doing things similar to what the script did.

Unfortunately, I think you have destroyed all your chances of getting your account back. Jagex must have already seen this thread, thus causing them to ignore all your appeals.

I agree in saying Jagex DOES INDEED browse cheating sites.

Even some developers for that matter ;) If they're experts at JAVA, i'm sure they'd have knowledge of Pascal. So they could be extremely talented and have achieved the rank of a developer ;)

How would we sue them? Their is no law preventing people from looking at a web page (Please don't quote the Internet Privacy Act).

I find it quite interesting that the only times I've seen jagex act like this towards us is during events like a planned riot and the comedy train a couple of years ago. It kinda gives me the impression that, as we are a small community (Under 3,000 active members) who go out of their way to make their bots look as human-like as possible, jagex is prepared to ignore us and focus more on people like RSCA who want nothing more than to rape the game. When we, in their view, step out of line they come down hard with the ban hammer.

If this is true then I can't see jagex taking the time to get anything more than SRL member status, although if we piss them off enough with stunts like this then it would make sense for them to go for for a dev position so that they can slip something into SRL that would make it easy for them to detect

hey what i did when i got perm muted, i complained a lot till they unmuted me you complain on the compliant form that is on RS main pages…. i did this so much they had to give in :) you also might try to send compilments to this game… about 3 compliment and 20 complaints

I highly recommend that the admins routinely check SRL to make sure that nothing has been slipped into SRL to allow Jagex to detect us.

but it might take like 3 months for it to happen…..

I think your right, there has to be some way to separate the Jagex people from the normal people, maybe we could check IP addresses that come from the certain area where Jagex is based.

On the other hand Shuttleu, have you tried writing a good old fashioned snail mail letter to Fagex?

Haha, yeah, with that, you have about a 15-20% chance of it getting accepted. Better than nothing :) Also try the denied last chance appeal reply.

EDIT: Come to think of it…I think I'm going to try to get my old main back by spamming them with last chance appeals :)

You met a Jagex Mod who asked if you are on srl. What has Shuttleu done wrong? Btw if a mod asked if you are autoing when you are not, just reply "erm.. what do you think dumbass"

anyway learn what you're on about they actually don't read appeals you go appeal with the truth you'll get banned either way
