Because it paints on smart and if it doesnt find smart it gets a ugly runtime error.

Got me from 6 mining (of of the tut) to 21 (for a mith pick) It only failed one time, where it started to walk towards the rune shop, but turned around.. and started to look for the ess rock in the gray building north of the bank.

- a reboot solved this. leaving this error here in case some others get it too.
Running it for 1 hour now, will post proggy when completed.
I really like the middle detection and handling. so smooth … and the abyss recovery is fast too.
Problems:-
There was once when I was at Aubury and it ran out of the shop to find him ?!? No idea. I also have the tendency to end up in the cul-de-sac (ie at bottom right of bank). Is that a dead giveaway there?

As promised:- Had to end the script coz it went into an endless loop. I was in the middle and script went south-east. After walking to south-east, it walked back to middle! Again and again it happened. That might explain the lost soul i met earlier walking all over the mines :)

The problem is with LoginPlayer. It tries to find your username in the bottom left of the chat box to verify that the logged in player is in the Players array. If it doesn't it logs out. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working too well so I'd suggest you go to Login.scar and remove this bit from LoginPlayer (Line 456):

Why not just use more than one char? I have 2 going right now. One of my guys that has done this quest still gets attacked by muggers though, so i need to get his combat up.

Just redownload… I made the aubury finder alot accurater than what it was be4. Ess finding is just so annoying. It takes a while to filter the tpa, making possible lag, (once)
i found that your newer ess miner doesnt work it loggs in checks everythink then just sits in bank?

Hey Jukka just a thought to make this great script a little better would be to add a sleep feature, other than that I believe this is pretty much awesome!

How to solve "Unknown identifier 'TileToMinimap' in script" error:I had this error, but if you want to fix it you will have to replace the TileToMinimap with
TileToMM.
That's how I fixed it.
Also you will need Reflection.scar.
The script to download the latest version of reflection.scar, can be found
here.

Not sure how player 1 and player 3 didn't get the right amount of ess for their loads (33 banks should = 924 ess, and 40 banks should = 1120 ess). In the randoms report, there were 2 mods found, not sure if that was what caused it.

EDIT: It just mined just 2 ess and banked it. And even though it had equipped the mith pick, while banking it withdrew another one.
EDIT: What I think might be wrong is in your n_FindPick procedure. The part where you have -
If(NoPick)Then

TakeOff(5);
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the inventory is full when it executes that, it would end up messing up, since the TakeOff (assuming that removes the pickaxe from weilding it) wouldn't work, since your inventory is full. But, in the first place, the only reason that's even being executed is because NoPick seems to be true for some reason. Did you change whatever you do to detect pickaxes? That might be the problem.
I bet I'm all wrong though :p

Is this just for this script or for everything? Update ur SRL and ur using scar 3.15 right? Once your updated try using another script.

It worked for like 2 hours last night and both players were false somehow :| I think I lagged out too much, can you make a failsafe for when it is not loggedin it will check if your player is okay, then make player true?

Close smart. Search for the procedure called: "DeleteCache" then go a bit lower and ull see this:

I ran this last night and all my players ended up east of the bank in or near the guardhouse and the scripted ended up stopping after less than two hours (with very little essence mined). I'm not really sure why.

You get really really really really lucky and don't get abyssal random. Also use 8+ players.

pssh running for 12 hour+ is easy even with just 3 players. Make sure that in total the time taken for each player before switching is between 10-15 min then switch players and do the other player and over and over again. No prob for me in Metagens fleshy pounder. 1 player running for 13 hours no prob, no randoms.

Works fine for me.
1 issue though, it seems to stop/logout after X amount of runs.
Also the random as mentioned above doesn't solve properly, I don't know what else you can improve on, great work.

There is a option to set out how many loads to do before logout.
I have found my players in the essence mine with full load and then randomly they just log out. They are now false. Do you know why this would happen?
The error in the debug is invalid password for 5555. I am guessing problem with srl stats since I have the right password for my stats.

Atm I'm not running this script, but a few days ago when I was, I noticed that twice when in the chat it said the abyss random stuff (There has been an error in teleporting, or w/e), but never actually took me to the abyss. The script just talked to aubury again and off I went to the mine. (If you're wondering why I'm posting this just now - I forgot and you guys talking about the abyss reminded me :p) Has that been happening to anyone? Is it a bug on my account(s) or a bug on RS (that might have been fixed)?
Saw it happen twice btw (once I watched it talk to Aubury and get that message, etc, the other time it was after it occured, I saw in the chat the message that the random appeared, or thought it did, but never a message saying it solved the random, and the account was in the mine mining ess).

The same has happened for me. i was going to start and walk away from my computer but it ended up not finding magic symbol and aubury… it stood at bank clicking at gray spots in the bank. im sure by everyone elses replies that if you fix this bug it will be one of the best congrats.

Hellz Yeah! your not supposed to leave a script on for more than 24 hours straight. if you want a hell of a long proggy pause the script logout put somputer in a low-power state mode suggest: hibernate/standby give a few hours. login ur acc. then click play on script
(DO NOT MOVE YOUR CHARACTER ANYWHERE IT CAN EXECUTE ITSELF IF IT DOESN"T RECOGNIZE WHERE IT WAS LAST TIME)
and run for a while and repeat lol you might get a real long single-player proggy if u are going for a long multiplayer proggy u can leave for more than 24 hours because it can switch player

Hey JuKKa you should post the best proggy to your first post(thread starter).
Mines been going for quite a while, in other tests with this script the randoms would almost always stop the script. This time it actually seems to be doing really well, mainly because I've only gotten 1 random in the past 4 hours i guess.

Download the auto updater tool and save it anywhere.
It will download the latest essminer and save it to the same place where u saved the tool with the name "essminer.scar"

Sorry to say, JuKKa, but..
My account got a 10 day ban with this =\
It's because of a few things..
1. Straight route. No change, whatsoever.
2. Portal finding is sometimes weird, and it clicks the Teleport symbol on the minimap up to 4 times when it can plainly see the portal.
3. Aubury finding is EXTREMELY botlike.
I'm not mad, just please, fix it. I hate getting my accounts banned. =\

wow i cant beleive i missed that info:eek: I ran this for 4-5 hours over 4 accounts. Works fine after i tweeked some minor issues i had. But I won't be using this again if its gonna lead to a ban. Sorry JuKKa, but rep++ still cause the script works great :)

abyss still not working.Script detects it as quiz random
I am still getting this same problem. But script works great otherwise. It runs for about 2.5-4hours and then it runs into this problem. Also, if it could make the Walking to the shop not so jumpy, it looks a bit bot-like.
Except for the fact that everything else is almost flawless.

That is not the problem that is causing this. It is caused because of the colors and changing location and angle the Symbol is in.
The Symbol is detected through a BitMap and is put in as a long string into the code. When the string is read, it produces an image to compare to find the symbol.
I suggest you make sure all your graphics settings are correct and that the brightness is up all the way.
If the problem still persists you can attempt to make your own bitmap, string it, and replace the new one you made with the old one. :rolleyes:

I got the same error as cycrosysm where it couldnt mide the mage shop. It doesnt walk on the way to the mine anymore. I was using this earlier today tho. It might be outdated.

uhh and the script doesnt exactly work…i moded it a bit so it does now but maybe you should update the updater? or did i miss somthing? and must it delete the CACHE? thats so annoying and lame… cuz it makes the sound work again…
PS:looked at ur sig and saw ur name but looked away and looked back and was like wtf but then i was going crazy so i kept looking and realized its a .gif lol
A great script, though a small bit of editing required to make it run properly with smart, will post when I'm done :)
Edit: Gets slightly lost sometimes, goes towards the goblin guard, and went to the mugger once.
Also, doesn't solve the abyssal random, if it weren't for that, it would be perfect :)

Edit: those are all the SAME char that i just setup as 4 so that it would log in and out nicely like, Working great, left it on overnight and BOOM next morning i come back to find 39 load later on ONE char.

EDIT :
To make it work with smart you must do this in this order exactly.
1. Get the script (Duh)
2. Change the smart lines to
SmartsetupEx(55, false, true, false);
Settargetdc(smartgetdc);
3. Fill in your player data
4. Run script.
5. Do not enable smart just yet, login and have it sitting in bank.
6. Terminate script, Run script again then enable smart and it will work.

Hmm, the scripts seems to close after a random banking amounts..
Had it running for 1 hour, when it closed.
Had it running recently for 10 minutes, when it closed..
Any fixes?

I would recommend to just stop using this script.. Havent updated it in a while, and it seems like it doesnt work that well. so just stop using it.
