I am looking for someone to help me create a script preferably with Aerolib. I would be willing to pay for someone to do this, but would need to discuss price and payment methods.

Can i ask, What did you have in mind? as it would only take a day or two to learn to code? why would you not teach yourself?

Then start by fixing outdated scripts.. until you find a script you feel the urge to create.

Ofcourse that was not what you asked for. For Al, I don't think there are any tutorials, so Reflection might be easier for starters. Personal preference though.
