Simba not saving updates, script corrupts.

Hi guys,
I'm having an issue with simba losing it's settings after starting up a script. I am running Simba as Administrator both when I update and when I run the script.
I do not understand why it is losing its settings. If I go into view -> extensions in the script it shows nothing no .sex attributes. However if I open it in simba with no script it will show the extensions .sex attributes.

What is wrong guys, really annoying bug and is preventing me from scripting/running scripts on Simba. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Thank you.

Did not fix it for me.
Here is what it does fix though:
Bug fixes:
- Fix TRGB32
- Fix GaussMatrix
- Fix ConvoluteBitmap
- Fix OnMouseMove
- Fix TListBox.OnDrawItem
- Fix KeyEvents
- Fix DebugImage going out of reach
- Fix for showing types in the function list sometimes messing up
- {$loadlib} isn't case senstive anymore
- MessageDlg, InputQuery, MessageBox, ShowMessage works in a sync call.

So do you guys have to manually update simba, open the script and then copy and paste the code into the simba you had to manually update? Because that is the only way I have gotten it to work.
@Wizzup?

@The Mayor
@Robert
@BenLand100
You guys got any idea for a fix?

Doubt it will be fixed. Whats the point in fixing something that does work (Kinda)

Hi Harrier,
Do you understand what I am talking about? Basically when you open up a downloaded script it forces simba to lose all of its update. So even if I close the script and open simba, simba loses its updates/settings forcing me to have to reupdate it.
This is not "sort" of working, it is broken. So I am trying to look at ways of fixing it.
Thank you.

Story time.

So the other day i wake up. normal day, etc.
i move my arm over my head and 'OWWW!' a shooting pain in it.
so whatever. maybe i just slept on it wrong.
later that day, i move my arm over my head and it still hurts.
so i take a few asprin and my day goes on.
day 2: wake up, move arm above head, still hurts.
so i call up my doctor and he says he can get me in that day. i say thanks and hang up.
i get to the doctor and sit in the waiting room for like 30 mins (srs, if youre gonna be 30 mins late, why not just schedule me 30 mins later?)
so i finally get in.
"what seems to be the problem?"
'well, whenever i do this' (i move my arm above my head) 'i have a pain in my arm'
"hmm. let me try something"
so he proceeds to move my arm around in different ways and checks things.
no pain anywhere else.
"so doc, what should i do?"
'oh, just dont move your arm there'

so. whats the moral of the story here?
if it doesnt work when you do it a specific way, DONT DO IT THAT WAY.

also. the thing with the thing not working correctly when you open it through a script is not a bug in simba/etc. its an issue with windows, iirc.

PS: when i need an issue resolved i like to mention all the mods and admins because they know exactly what is going on with simba at any given point in time.

I've just fixed the bug, thanks for the report.

You will see this fix it the next release. If you cannot wait or want to test it, you can find a build with this fix here.

If you have any more problems regarding this issue, just post them here with a mention to me.

Hi Turpinator,
I'm not really appreciating the sarcasm. I was reporting a bug, I mentioned those members because they may have came across a fix that I missed when I was searching.
So basically what your saying is, if I have a broken leg. I shouldn't try to get it fixed and just not walk on it?
Use to think you were a cool guy.
Thanks,
Syntax.

I have no clue when I first knew about it… But I had no clue how to reproduce the issue (Olly was no help).

So I was stuck doing random changes which never helped (according to Olly).
