SRL Archive - General Botting Help

Hello, I'm relatively new here so please bear with my ignorance.

I'm currently having issues logging into any script, but no errors are being reported through simba. I'm using up to date scripts, or scripts made for eoc/rs3 (at least i think). I have followed:

^this guide to set up my graphics correctly. I have followed:

^this guide to set up for rs3. I have everything set up within the scripts to log me in correctly. I have the most up to date simba / srl, and have even tried uninstalling/re-installing simba. I realize there was a thread similar to this posted a few days ago, but nothing so far has seemed to work for me.

Help would be much appreciated, and if you wish I can post some of the simba code that I'm using, although for all the script's I've tried so far (DarkIron, Mayors GOA), the same problem persists.

Thank you for such a quick reply! I tried that script and it did the same thing. I think it may have something to do with my SMART. In one of the screenshots for the script guide it showed smart version 8.2, and buttons such as disable smart, etc on the bottom. I'm currently on SMART 8.0, and it opens up when the script runs. I can enter my username and password, but can't use mouse click, so after I enter my user I get stuck since I can't hit play. Any ideas?

Wait so you can't click the smart window? Have you tried "disable" smart(let's you click inside the window)

No I have not, because from what I can tell the button does not appear to me. From what I've seen it's supposed to be below the smart window? If it can be found in another location then that will most likely be the problem. Again, forgive my ignorance. :p

So there's no button? You re-sized the smart window via code from the instructions right?

Personally I'm just waiting for SRL6 to be released..

Ok so I figured out what was wrong with the SMART… this is embarrassing. I'm currently on a netbook so my screen was basically too small. I had to move the taskbar in order to disable/ enable smart. Now that I have that out of the way, the script still does not work ( doesn't actually net). I have changed the coordinates to the ones provided by the eye dropper tool in simba, but my character just stands there and does not click on the area. Sigh, one problem solved, another pops up. Any thoughts or should I just abandon my efforts? I don't mean to be a bother.
