error msg!plz help

Exception in Script: Unable to find file 'srl/srl.simba' used from 'C:\Users\a\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_Simba.zip\simbaa.simba'

I am getting this error..i followed all steps and double checked with the guide videos and I still get this same msg,i must be doing something wrong

please help me

I have never used teamviewer before….I downloaded it and im trying to invite u. it says partner id..and I put in sjoekeloe and it says it cannot connect.. I could be doing something wrong as I have never used this before.
