This is caused by java new update.. that forces player to accept to run java.. load a java page (rs) via your browser and accept to allow java.. this will allow smart to load..

'this plugin has secruty vul click here to active the java™ platfoum se7 u plugin." blah blah balh

It's because you are opening the script directly from the *.simba file.
You need to open Simba.exe (can be from shortcut or directly from simba files) and use the open tool:

to locate your script and open it.

This is NOT the problem, and downgrading java to 6.32 seems to do the trick for a while, but it has started causing problems again.

I had this after a completely fresh install today. But for me rebooting my computer did the trick..
