Is it possible to add the feature so Thread Starters can edit their thread titles?

Thats what I thought as well, but it doesn't edit, I wanted the title of the thread to be edited, not the title of the post

It is currently not possible.

edit:
Misread your question. I do think it is possible to add. It would however kinda suck, since some people might abuse it.

You can only edit your title for a short while after posting. You can PM a mod/report the thread if you want the title changed.

It is abusable because someone can completely alter the thread by clinging the first post and the title. Retaining the title lets you have an idea as to what the thread contained originally.

Maybe implement a title changer once every 24hours? Or even once a week? To prevent abuse.
If possible.

Even a timer on the title change wouldn't prevent abuse. I could write a thread about something very attention grabbing and start heavy traffic on it, and then after it gained some amount of popularity, change it to an entirely different topic that would not have garnered any attention otherwise (such as advertising or whatever else).

Even if I wanted to give that permission out (which I don't) its built into the moderator rank and I can't set set that per usergroup (just checked)
