Are you using {$DEFINE SMART8} and SetupSRL; ?

Also, did you follow these tutorials provided by YoHoJo?

The above program will simply open up SMART and attempt to login.

Update SRL, had same problem. I think it was because off update needed, and maybe operation systems fault.
