You should incorporate some of the SRL functions into your script.

For example, your withdraw procedure:

Procedure TakeOutAmulets;
Begin
MMouse(59,165,13,13);
wait(250+random(250));
ClickMouse2(False);
wait(500+random(250));
ChooseOptionMulti(['All']);//Takes out all Amulets
wait(1000+random(250));
mmouse(491,97,5,5);
ClickMouse2(True); //Closes Bank;
End;

Could be written as:

If BankScreen Then
Begin
Withdraw(9, 0, 28); // i.e. this will withdraw 28 from last column, top row.
CloseBank;
End;

If you want to stop the script when you are out of gold amulets then you could simple add this before it takes out the amulets:

If (GetBankItemAmount(9, 0) < 28 ) Then // i.e. if there is less than 28 items in last column, top row.
Begin
WriteLn('You have less than 28 amulets in your bank - terminating script');
LogOut;
TerminateScript;
End;

Also, instead of clicking coordinates to open the bank (what if the compass rotates or something):

Procedure CastleWarsBank;
Begin
MMouse(305,225,20,20);
wait(250+random(250));
ClickMouse2(True);
wait(1000+random(750));
End;

You could find the bank using SRLs built-in functions:

If OpenBankChest(SRL_BANK_CW) Then
//Withdraw stuff here

You may want to modify your magic and crafting XP P/H equations too :)

If I was you I'd check out all the files in the include (C:\Simba\Includes\SRL\SRL) and get familar with it. It can be a very useful tool if you know your way around it :D
