Hey all,

Just recently found this bot called TRiBot. They have a working OSRS and EOC client with a decent amount of great scripts and most randoms solvable. Scripters such as JJ (Flawless AIO RC script creator) have joined in to help this bot grow.

Best of all, they are giving out incentives to scripters that join in to help the bot progress and attract more people. Check out https://tribot.org/forums/showthread.php?tid=724 for more info. It's just the owner of the site announcing that he is willing to compensate scripters for producing quality products.

Idk if advertising is allowed…I saw someone else advertise wBot so I figured it must be okay. If not, please let me know and I will delete this thread asap.

P.S. Please add Sand as a referrer if you do in fact register. It takes a hundredth of a second for you to type in but goes a long way for myself.

P.S.S. Also, please don't take this the wrong way. I'm not doing this for the referrals. I've been browsing the forums and see potential in this bot and would love to see it grow. With all the controversy going around about wBot, whether its passwords being stolen or simply the bot/website being down for days, I feel it's worth a shot to try and use TRiBot.

Fun fact: TriBot is TRiLeZ's bot, who is actually a retired developer for SRL (mainly reflection). He helped out a great amount here before moving to his own bot. Very good guy.

I checked out the site before, I just don't like the fact that there is money involved with scripts there.

Good to know, ill take it down.
Also, I think the money portion is just to keep the forums and bot running. Not only that but it seems like Trilez is simply taking the money and using it in ways to bring more scripters and build a community which I'm okay with.

I'm sure the majority of older Villavu members do. But to the majority of OSRS botters that are frantically looking for an easy-to-use bot, they probably have no idea who Trilez is.

Personally I think it's worth it. The client itself is pretty flawless - most anti-randoms are working. The only downside is the lack of scripters on the site which I'm sure will improve eventually.

edit: Just an fyi - I think the site is getting ddosed because it is currently down. Bot is still working though :)

I don't use TriBot, but I see no problem with it. Last time I was there the community was kind of dead, maybe with OSRS they'll get a bit of life :)

Actually, I think the servers are being ddosed or something. Not only is the site not working but I can't open up the client either.

I don't use TriBot, but I see no problem with it. Last time I was there the community was kind of dead, maybe with OSRS they'll get a bit of life :)

The OSRS update is definitely bringing in more people it seems. I honestly didn't know this bot existed prior to it and looking at all of the new members, they didn't either lol

The bot is probably the best bot I've ever used too bad its down right now I want to bot :(

I stumbled across Tribot a few days ago and didn't pay any attention to it. I figured it was just a some sore of BS website. Nice to know it's legit. Might try it out eventually.

I'm a subscriber and I must say the bot is everything and more. It's legit.

It's worth a shot. The $5 donation needed to access the OSRS client may seem like it's not worth it, but it really is. Anti-randoms are near flawless, just need more scripters!

Their previous userbase before OSRS was laughable. I don't think being the target of ddos was a problem. I also think the majority of the downtime today is because they are transferring their servers to a place more reliable.

There's a Rock Crab killer that banks and eats, decent air runecrafter, great aio woodcutting scripts, flethers with 99 proggies, and a few others. They seem to be growing in size/recognition pretty quickly.

I'm against this bot, sorry TRiLeZ/Pyro.

Hopefully Jagex beefs up their anti-bottng technology. Waited all these years wishing OSR would come back… only to see it start to become infested by bots.

Can vouch for TRiBot, been using it for a few days, works very well :)

Best thing is, it auto-updates when RS updates, going to start scripting for it soon

I think so. I know there are VIP scripts and in the "script store" there's an option for premium scripts.

You need to pay for OSRS scripts they are really good though..

I would definitely give this a try if the site wasn't down. wBot, TriBot both down atm because of DDos attacks lol..

Seeing as wBot is down, I have a feeling you'll be using TriBot pretty soon :). Especially since he just updated his post on Sythe saying the ETA is anywhere between 3-12 hours!

Hahah I have a feeling now that wBot is out of the game, a lot of people will flow over to Tribot, increasing the amount of scriptwriters and activity on the forums. With all this activity, I'm sure Tri will invest in a great way to protect anything like this from happening again.

So ready for Tribot. Well, taking matter in my own hands.. I am back here on SRL. Gotta have more than two bots to rely on.

Well.. just been on the website of wBot, seeing it won't be coming back I'll definitely try Tribot for sure. Don't care paying a fair amount of money for scripts of that quality. I see it as a donation for their hard work and effort.. But that's just my opinion

Tyler has just reinstalled cPanel, and one of his web dev guy is working on some more protection, Tyler has gone to bed so it will be around 8-10 hrs from now.

Only 3 randoms aren't working currently, Tyler needs to 'add some more hooks' before he is able to solve them.

If the people that have posted before you posted correct information, yes. At least $5, paying to access the Old School bot client. Idk about per script though.

Right now scripts are free but I think they plan on adding Premium scripts for $$.

The EoC client is free but to use the OSRS client, it requires you to have VIP which is $5. Scripts are free atm but later on im pretty sure it'll be like PB where there are premium scripts along with free/vip.

been trying to get on it but its always been down :(

All scripts are free or vip right now. So you can access all scripts if you can access 2007 :P

Btw, he said 8-10 hours and according the to timer I set up, it's only been ~8hours. Be patient, it'll be worth it!

Kinda skeptical on your timer tbh, given the latest RS update probably messed with the hooks.

Ah, didn't even think of that tbh. I'll keep it up just incase, but if we get any mention that it did delay the bot, I'll edit it.

No. It is with the 07 too.

TRIBOT IS UP! Or at least partially.
The main site is loading but the forums and bot are still getting errors. A start!

Not only is there a script that does just that…but there is also one made to cut willows and magics!

This can't be. Only the OpenGL side of things are still the same and there is no update to it as it is never broken.. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure Tribot uses Reflection/Injection for walking which does break every update and there is no "auto-updater" because things in the client change every single time and require manual searches. Some things stay the same though.

For the OpenSource-Heads, it's pretty much open source if you de-compile it. I'd say it's a pretty good bot. Never used it but I looked at it and watched the forums for a day or two to see activity. Kinda boring over there though.. I like their website chat thing..

I understand.. @Brandon are you developing reflection/gl hook for simba at the moment? I was wondering if you can make a plugin for oldschool runescape, or just help me make a private bot client for myself :P I don't know where to start.

On EOC and 07Scape his reflection auto updates.
Unless there's a massive change it'll update.

Then I'm not sure what the go was, Jagex done an update (was watching this), reloaded TRiBot and my script still worked, everything was still vaild. They might not of changed anything in the client but they would of had to change the client version to kick all clients off.

This is an issue with having CloudFlare on the DNS, they are resolving this issue.

Hey All try now, as what was happening TRiBot uses CF, so the IP's that you make your acc on is from CF, which other connect from.
Thus stopping you creating accounts.

I have never really been a fan of Tribot. Used it once, didnt like it, mainly for the reason that i didnt trust them.

So you don't trust a SRL Dev TRiLeZ who is the sole owner/creator.

Ah tribot, owners a good guy from what I know (He was retired by the time I joined SRL)

Bot is definitely back up and running great.

tribot is awsome using now the community is growing fast scripts are coming very fast, randoms near flawless so awsom ! highly vouched for
