In RadialWalk & RadialRoadWalk what are the XMod and YMod?

I've seen people do 0 & 1 and then I've also seen -1 and 0.

I'm confused on what it all means.

It's for… say it clicks on the minimap, but no flag appears because it clicks off of the map, it will change the x and y values by xMod and yMod and keep trying that over and over until the flag appears. Did I explain that good enough?

Can you not just change the radius in the input to make it not click out so far?

It's not so much that, if you click the top of the map, the top part of the flag doesn't show, even though it's clicked a good cm before the top.
