It's not like that at the west coast.
There's a lot of rain however. This is why everyone goes to Mexico or the states for spring break.

A nice average of 23 degrees celsius for spring break here in California (:

Lol. Yeah. I was born in Victoria, and man, i Love it there. I actually love the rain a lot more than the snow. Mainly for the reason that you can still go out in a sweat shirt and not freeze to death. lol.
But also to add onto your list there, Jamaica is a main tourist destination also.

I'd take rain over snow ANY time.

Nope. Gonna take snow over rain any day. Lemme break it down
Snow and rain are both wet
Snow and rain are both cold
However, rain soaks your clothes and makes puddles everywhere whereas snow just falls like fluffy white balls and just sits there

Ah, Vancouver :)
I was there last summer and it was warm but humid. My favourite part was the SkyTrain, my city (Halifax) doesn't have any cool public transit, just buses and a ferry.
Today I biked to school in snow that melts as soon as it touches anything :p

The Skytrain is super handy. I live in a town an hour east of van but I lived there last semester, definitely became the headphones-in public transit zombie which I told myself I wouldn't become when I first got there haha

Scorching hot and insanely humid, WAY more than BC IMO.
