I personally think that it's the Granite Miner from Speedy… The thing is amazing.
It would be flawless with working anti-random support for all. But kudos for implementing the several that he did. <3
I would love to hear some feedback of others.

Well I guess this is all subjective to what your expectations are and how good of a scripter you are and whatnot…
Also depends on which skill you are specifically talking about.
So basically thats me saying that I disagree with your title, there really is no official best script, nor will there be. Sure, there can be the best script in your views, thats fine.
As for my opinon, I'm definitely not knowledged enough to appreciate really fine scripting. However in terms of functinality, the script that was most benificial to me was probably Flights nature crafter, back when it was still up (I think its taken down). It really inspired me to learn and to being taking steps to start scripting.

ehh i only like to run my owns scripts that I have written. Might publish one later but gonna fix up the coding style cause i might get alot of critism (works but its ugly)

One of the best I have seen is WT-Fakawi's happy little runescape. It's a multi-skill script that hangs out in only one area and train lots of skills. The script created DTMs on the run for each item in the inventory and identified them by uptext, and then used each item properly. (ie anything that has platebody in it was used for defence when fighting)
The moment when you can make such a script, you are a good scripter.

Hard to say any one script is the greatest but anything really by fight/ashaman is great, they are the only scripts I've used thus far.

Most definitely! But really hard to say which is "best". I could probably tell you which I think is "best" for each skill, but there are usually several good ones for each skill. Regardless hard to say since I hardly ever use other peoples scripts (except Flight he's dabomb)

Different scripts have different goals, and it's hard to determine who's the best unless you start getting specific. Like who has the best LRC miner? Or the best swamp lizard hunter? Or the best hard barbarian agility course runner? And even then (if they had competition), maybe one would handle lower levels better while the other ran slightly faster at higher levels. It's all a matter of perspective and specifically what you want. :)
