Randoms in fight caves?

I thought there wasn't supposed to be randoms in the fight caves. While I was making a fight cave script I noticed Dr. Douche was in there with me.



Also, Why is everybody spamming up this section?

I'm trying to remember back 5 years now and my memory is foggy, but didn't there used to be randoms in the fight caves and then later jagex removed them? It could be that the version OSRS is was before this? Or I could be 100% wrong, but I think I remember this…

I'm pretty certain it's a random which followed you from outside the cave into the cave. I've botted cursing from 19-85 with no randoms in there.

its a shame noobs use it, I was in there first week 24/7, was rank1 attack xp :/

Over the first week or two of the release I botted fight caves. Not one random.

It followed you in from outside, I've had a couple of sandwhich ladies and mysterious boxes before. Just have a full invent to avoid the boxes and I'm not sure how to deal with the others.

Have full iron/green d'hide vambs equipped –> Go to southwest corner safe spot and kill waves first two waves and on the third you'll get a fat guy who'll get stuck behind rock. If he spawns behind you kill him and wait for the next wave which will be a bird/fatty. They have a tendency to get stuck north of you if they spawn from the north so you have to pop out of safe spot sometimes to start luring them to corner. Then just repeatedly curse the fatty until your out of runes, for 1-1.1k casts p/h.

Lol I was rank 2 in attack at one point using the same method. Were you one of the first guys to enter warriors guild because I remember someone (rank 1 in attack i think) pming me if I was getting any defenders when I was like the only person with him able to enter the guild :p

Nah that wasn't me :p

I switched to strength pretty fast as I'm going 1def pure, so I stopped at 60 attack ;) and defenders are fairly useless for 1 def,

Havent trained in a few days either as I've been using the account to develop random event solvers ;)
