Hi there,
Okay. So I'm not sure this is entirely related to SMART, but it very well could be. I've downloaded the SMART v.8.0 and when I extract and replace the files in the plugins folder, I keep getting this screen:

when I click move and replace, I get a screen that says I need permission to move to this folder, I click continue, and then I get this screen:

Trying again does nothing, I am not particularly computer smart, I have tried using Windows Support to change the plugins folder to give permission to everyone, even though I'm already the administrator…. And It still doesn't work. Anyone have any solutions?
