This bitmap error has nothing to do with the failing script and instead means the scripter failed to free the bitmap resources used by the script, causing them to take up ram until you restart your SIMBA.
The error you're actually getting seems like it's trying to grab some information from the internet and your firewall is blocking it and you haven't allowed it through.

What script is having the issue for you?
Edit: NVM, noticed it is included in your orig post.
The firewall could be SIMBA placed as by default SIMBA blocks a lot of internet traffic for paranoia reasons in case someone were to try and phish you. There's also a chance that you have defaulted SIMBA to block said traffic. Is this the only script failing for you?

If it's just this one script, have you tried asking the script writer what may be the issue?
