how would i take a string that has a question mark and remove it?

I don't get what your asking

var
  s: string;

begin
  s := 'how are you?';
  writeln(s);
  s := ReplaceWrap(s, '?', '', [rfReplaceAll]);
  writeln(s);
end.

That last argument can be confusing at first ;)
