A host in one of the big dicing/gambling clans on RS was streaming live gameplay of gambling on bets until he got banned
The ban was permanent, and the reason was for Real World Trading.
All I can say is good game, and good job Jagex.

It's against the rules to RWT, and since most hosts sell the gold they make from gambling they usually get banned. The gambling itself is not against the rules.
