How can I stop my SMART from popping and flashing blue…? If I do not minimize it and the script clicks something, if I am on another screen it will bring SMART up in front of me.

If I am on another screen with SMART minimized, if the script clicks something, it will flash blue, or switch to the screen (but, ill stay with my current window open, but it will not be active) so if I am typing like now, I will have to keep clicking this window so that my keyboard can be active on this page.

Are you saying that SMART keeps trying to be in focus, at least screen-wise? I'm a bit confused.
What is flashing anyways, the icon at the bottom of your dock?

Yes

I'm having the same issue. I used a tray minimizer to put smart in my tray and that seems to have solved it, for now.

Common problem, do not think it's been officially addressed.
One thing that might help fix it or help it happen less often is going into task manager and changing the priority to either the highest or lowest (try both) for me that doesn't solve it all the way but it happens much less.

I'v heard above normal or below normal is the best (again try both) :P
