I don't know exactly how it works, there's all kind of numbers and analytics though.

43 Views so far actually, that view counter is not up to date.

AFAIK youtube pays about $2/1000 impressions. I'm not into video making so don't take that as 100% truth

on your video manager click channel settings then click enable monetisation.

Stop hating because he makes videos.

Everybdoy here has the add-block addon anyways.

And his video's have helped me a lot installing/updating etc.
