SMART8 Stuck Connecting to Update Server

I have followed the tutorials step for step, and when I load Smart8, it gets to connecting to update server then freezes. This is what it says in the CMD window [ATTACH=CONFIG]19910[/ATTACH]

If anyone has had this issue or knows how to fix it please help :)

Just an additional detail, this is what it says in CMD further up [ATTACH=CONFIG]19911[/ATTACH]

Few things you can try

Close all RuneScape related stuff off
Go into C:\users\repairst\
Delete the '.jagex_cache_32' folder
Delete and jagex* files
eg:

Reload RuneScape in your browser, login to OSR
Logout of RuneScape, close it off
Re-open Simba and try again
