SRL Archive - OSR Outdated / Broken Scripts

Kills chickens anywhere on Runescape.


Requirements:

-SRL-OSR
Get it here: https://github.com/SRL/SRL-OSR
I don't think it is officially released, so there might not be a guide for properly setting up. Here is my short guide:
You need to extract the folder you just downloaded off the github (SRL-OSR-master) to Simba/Includes. Rename the folder to "SRL-OSR".
Find the fonts here and put them in the Simba/Fonts folder.

Features:
-No area support
-No checks for doors etc. inbetween you and the chicken
-No checks for chickens that are already fighting other people
-No random checking/solving
-No looting
-No proggy
-Warns you when your HP is low by changing the title of Simba to !!!DANGER!!!
-Has one bonus feature for those brave enough to edit the code

I put this together in half an hour, ran for about 30 minutes and managed to collect about 600 feathers + a few levels.
Works well in isolated places, I recommend the Champion's guild.
I probably won't update this, and I won't answer any questions regarding the script.

There is no antileech. The script works as it is.
Edit: If you downloaded the script right after I opened the thread, then you might have a broken version. There was an infinite wait loop + it was checking the HP all the time, I fixed those in the current attached version.

Get SMART 8 (you are using 7.2 most likely), or change {$DEFINE SMART8} at the top to {$DEFINE SMART}. (remove the 8)

Not really, though it does prevent the script from getting abused hard. It's not as much of a protection compared to compiling errors though.

Anyway got any suggestions ?

Thanks, i've did this but now ill get the same error as Joey998 on line 228

I've changed {$DEFINE SMART8} to {$DEFINE SMART}

But nothing helped, ill must miss something.

It does, you need to put the old ifdef SMART in SmartParams.Simba if you wish to run SMART7.2

See the post above- someone made a mistake and the include won't compile because of that. Redownload SRL-OSR.

You didn't follow the first post. Install the fonts.


I won't be replying to stuff like these, really… all you have to do is read the OP.

Everything is working good now except it doesn't loot feathers. Just immediately goes to attacking other chickens

Maybe this is why:

Features:

I've been running this script almost two days on and off periodically, haven't gotten banned; you were probably being watched.

The line: Text := Replace(Text, '?', '.');

I honestly have no clue, probably making a fool out of myself. But meh

Here's my version of the function there, make sure they match: (someone might have changed them by mistake)

Also, make sure your Simba is up to date. (tools > update)

Before you say download the fonts, I have, and the UpChars07 folder is definitely in the fonts folder.

I did not have to make 1 change to this script and it runs flawlessly.

Message to those who are having trouble compiling:

You have not downloaded || added something correctly

Make sure that you are defining the proper SMART and have SRL/SRL-OSR and Fonts added

I have been running it for about 5 minutes and it runs flawless. I will most likely add my own loot process to it and will post it up with users permission.

Thanks for this script! Works very nice. I lowered some wait times because bot on the wild side but other than that perfect. LITORISPWNS := True.

Those are the last 4 lines in the output box. Sorry if i'm missing something completely foolish, i'm very new to this and would love to learn more with your advice! The code overall looks very well organized and I am extremely impressed! Thank you for posting this :).

Something's wrong with your SMART, it can't spawn clients for some reason. Search your error on the site (see that search button at the top?) Whenever you get an error, chances are that someone had that error before. It is really tiring for us when we have to tell the same things over and over. SEARCH

Great script repped the post, using it right now pretty flawless, still need key features like running away from the random events that kill you. using it from 30-40 att so far.

Change the wait time in the script to fit your combat level.
