Hi, sorry this is my first time using SMART. I am currently using it for rs07, yet when I open it up, it is not letting me click anywhere. Is that supposed to happen?

You need to click "Disable SMART" at the bottom left to input into Smart, then "Enable SMART" once you have finished with what you want to do
