People are worried that people will take videos and pictures discreetly with these glasses, I don't see a difference between this and any other hidden camera.

Ye I heard about these bans but I honestly think this new glass thing is a great idea but every phone now a days has a camera so doesn't make it any different.

Reminds me of this news story I once read a long time ago…
Japanese man getting arrested. Basically, what happened was that he attached his ipod (not sure if ipod or phone) to his shoe and took pictures of girls wearing skirts. Except he'd be getting a full view of what's underneath their skirt without them noticing ..well you get the idea. :)

They are releasing for $1500 - $1800 to 80 people by the end of the year.

Haha, yeah. I saw someone who got one for $1500 try selling theirs on eBay. It got up to around $15,000 before it was pulled off by Google. Would've been funny if he could have gotten away with it, and I believe that there wasn't anything in the ToS that said he couldn't resell them.

It will cost $500 when its released, but to preorder it costs $1500 USD AFAIK

They haven't announced a price for release. So you're lying.

it isn't a pre-order for $1500. It was a select few applicants who got the ability to buy them for $1500.

Yes they released a video for pre-ordering but that was what the application page I posted above was for. For Developers. Not for general people.

I'm not sure you understand what an application is nor do you understand what developer models are for

The page was used to allow developers apply for the right to pay $1500 for the product. It then got closed off. They used the twitter tag to grab peoples interest and get a trend going.

Your arguments are down right stupid and very simple. No factual evidence and little common sense.
