I just downloaded Simba, I followed all the steps correctly.
When I open MSI and click run, it gives me that error? HELP PLEASE.

Thats because you are trying to run MSI (Multi Script Include). Its basically a giant script the incorporates many different skills and locations. But for the time being development has been halted and it no longer works (Like the error says). You'll have to use a script from the scripts section made by other forum users.
