Use a fairly simple TPA to find the bank :P, check out NKN's or Footy's tutorial on how to make them if you don't know(in intermidate scripting tutorial section) :)

I admit to not having really read your code, but if you want to access the taverley bank, I recommend writing your own method. The built in functions occasionally open deposit boxes as opposed to the actual bank like they're supposed to, so I typically write my own every time anyway - besides you can be more accurate because you're focused to one bank as opposed to any bank. Using ACA should even write out most of the code (by which I mean everything but actually selecting the option "Bank Booth" or "Bank Banker") for you if you're unfamiliar with TPAs.

Edit: Dat ninja Killer. I thought you were offline too <.<

I used MMtoMS to find the banker in my firemaking script since it's fairly accurate. Also made it click on bank booth like that. Then banking with the SRL include was the last option in my failsafes.

I think MMtoMS is your best option..if only to narrow down the area you're searching the bank booth/banker in. If there's other NPCs on the minimap you'll have to narrow down the area in which you look for yellow dots aswell though.

Download it here http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26944

Here are YoHoJo's TuTs on it:
http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=71074 (just a post - not the tutorial itself)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98wVrr6GwyU (ACA video tutorial)

But you will ultimately only understand it if you have a basic understanding of TPA colour finding so I would roam the tutorial section for TPA colour finding etc.. Low-Down Of WizzyPlugin helps a lot and it has links to other related tutorials at the end!

okay thank you rune oh and suggestions for everyone if your posting for script help I suggest you only copy and paste the procedure you are trying to fix my wife is making a clay miner and she posted for help on it psted the full script and I think powerbot stole it because it follows her same exact movements and it even goes to the water and fires the clay like my wifes script is set up I'm not saying for sure it was leeched but I know before she started working on it there were no bots there at all and now there is a large amount in an area that used to be as quiet as the wildy right before you get pked lols only thing they added was summoning.

Well, we here are an open-source community, so stealing doesn't really happen because everyone sees the code anyway when it's submitted in simba (or when the thief submits, they are easily discovered as recently occured with MX1000 stealing from Eduard). It CAN'T be hidden unless you never submit it. As far as powerbot stealing a script goes, they can't steal any script written here for 2 reasons:
1)Our language is PascalScript, theirs is Java.
2)We write scripts based on color-finding algorithms and acting like a human player, they write based on reflection. There is absolutely no way for them to steal a Simba based script outside of the idea for what to script about - absolutely 0% of the code can be used by them.

Don't worry, you don't sound like an idiot, just inexperienced. It happens to the best of us at some point. :)

For running ACA, all you need to do is open it up, it should just be an .exe you can open up. Just open it while you have runescape open and it will grab a current screenshot of your screen for you to pick colors from.
