Okay so I need to somehow find out if my character is on low hp (30%) and then eat the food selected
also how do i get a GUI?

Get the hp bar cols above your head / view skills tab (would idle in skills game tab).
Decide if the calculated ratio is approx to your 30%, then use a simple food dtm to find food in your inventory, switching to the tab first before searching for food dtm (repeat if necessary).
