Hello!

I'm attempting to create a set of DTM's for spells in the new Runescape spellbook. Sadly, the spells and icons in the spellbook do not have black outlines, and as far as I'm aware the only way to create a DTM would involve selecting the black outline around the spells and icons.

I attempted using Bitmaps, but they don't seem reliable enough as many of the icons in the spellbook are almost exactly the same.

That's not true, U don't need the black outline :)

We just use it cause it easier (since it never/barely changes color)

Oh wonderful, so just outline the rest of the item, but add tolerance to every point?

Yep! something like 10-15 for should do it normally. (Play with it)
