Just something I have observed. The only problem I have with it is that I am trying to get 85 dungeoneering… and soloing it sucks. I remember back in 2005 runescape though. Great fun.

That or just quit the game altogether. I think Runescape has had a decrease in it's player-base over the years and not sure if all these updates will bring in any new players. There's so much better games these days anyway - why play Runescape? :confused:

I play it because I have wasted so much time of my life on this game :/ I wish I could stop:/

If you're worried about having wasted so much time on a game then why waste more time on it? I don't understand that logic, how that's stopping you from getting on with your life in any way.

Then you need professional help. I've been through the same and I still go to counseling every 2 weeks or so. Less frequent than before, but I still go.

I still play the real runescape, but mainly for friends and i still enjoy it, give it like 6 months and most people be back on it. also im seeing ALOT of new players (compared to last 2 years)

The 07 scape poll got alot of attention online , drew in alot of new players, if you go to the lower level areas, you see legit players there and not goldfarmers atm! :D

I haven't played 2013 rs since 07 came out, although to be fair I hardly played before 07 came out too.

I don't play EOC much, but I enjoy writing scripts for it more than 07. Gotta love multiple day proggies :D

Maybe Jagex will finally realize that all the graphical and gameplay changes they have made in the last few years have actually driven away veteran RS players. Maybe they will realize that most people just enjoyed the simplicity of the game as it was before.

Haha! Just kidding, Jagex thinks they've done nothing wrong.

Been playing since RS2 came out and I have no issues with EOC. I personally love it be it legit or botting.

I was at the GE and me and two other people were the only ones with 2200+ stats. The other 20ish people all were in the thousands and looked like they were legit. So yeah, I guess a lot of new people are coming in. Or the noobs decided to meet up in the GE that day.

Ahaha. Now the total amount of players on is like back to half to what it was before. Now you would see around 100k people online, before it was 200k. And when I say 100, I mean at most, and around 50-70k at least.

If only they would undo the Eoc, everyone would come back to play the game again, instead of splitting us appart. Another dumb move.
