Yep I was wondering if anyone here is any good at account recoveries. because his account has none and id like to see the account perma-banned.
(I trusted a friend to borrow some money and he swore upon his honour as a human being)

If it was member then you can recover it like that, or if you knew the first passwords then you can also get it back like that.

You could always report him to Jagex…Say "Yesterday [name goes here] told me that he macroed, and he wanted to see if I wanted to as well…And then today he asked me if I wanted to help scam noobs by doing the "give me your best item, whoever gives me the best wins 1 million" scam. And I declined, so I just wanted to let you guys know to stop this guy scamming". Lol, he'd then be watched 24/7 and the first rule he breaks. Wham! Bannage.
(Very unlikely to work, but worth a try…)

I was great at getting accounts like that back in the day. It's harder now though. The Security Stronghold and the little book you can buy actually worked for Jagex a bit. . .
