Well i wanna make my own script so i could release to the community of simba but however i dont seem to find a tutorial on how to make a basic script with 07 includes.

I only have abit of knowladge but not enough to make my own script, i would like to make a power chopper as my first script just to gain some knowladge on how its done.

How did you start coding scripts with simba? could anyone link me to the guide or tutorial please?

Just use the same tutorials for RS except put P07_ before each function

So instead of RS_Getuptext

it is

P07_Getuptext
