One thing that I really hate is when customer service agents don't do all that they can do to resolve an issue..it's just irritating and makes me want to smack them through the computer.

Then I will have to contact my credit card company about a refund as you guys are not allowing me to cancell an automatically renewing payment.

he will cancel it

As soon as I offered the alternative of me contacting my credit card company he was suddenly much more helpful and it was as simple as asking the manager to cancel my VPS. They setup automatic payments I did not want, then I have been locked out of the site (Client area) for the past three days, it is set to automatically renew today and I still could not log in..It is more than likely just a coincidence, but it really is irritating that he wast willing to help without threat of outside involvement, great job hiring this guy Frag.

Ahh ty, i was thinking about trying there VPS, i wont bother now, thats second bad thing ive heard about them.

I used the Frag Trial. It was horrible… But I would definitely go with NKN he has the best :P
