Simba does work. It even works on 07 although the include is sparser.

Please read the FAQ. You didn't set up Simba\SRL correctly

You have not installed Simba correctly.
Make sure you enable and update the correct extensions.
You will also need follow the instructions in the RS2007 include thread by @DannyRS.
Also, I tried to get that script working, either Rjj left out the constants and variables, or that's the antiban.
It was just too much effort for me.
