how to set up msi?

Hi i went here to set up simba, http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47714

but I can't do run MSI. When i click the link to set up MSI i can't access because of privileges or w/e, so please help. I can't even start a bot without anti-leeches. I'm trying to use this http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=97071 and this is what happens…

MSI has been down for months now. You should use the search bar to find the exact answer to your question.

MSI is currently disabled due to lack of development.

The error you are getting seems to be script-related. If you made the script; relook over it all, If you downloaded the script; Look on the thread where the script was posted, there might be a anti-leech added.

I did read his post, and the search bar would answer all of his questions. He could have found all the information on MSI and he could find tuts that help him fix any simple anti-leech/ simple script errors.
