As title says, we now build libmml as well. It's not yet distributed, but will be soon.

Please take note that libmml is not finished at all, but I hope to spark some new life in the project. I know lots of people are interested, they just need to pick it up.

It would be awesome if I could bind to lua, and eventually get it working in Linux (I know someone said they do dev work in Linux, but I have yet to get it working). Or even python, which is well supported on Linux.

I really hope development picks up on this, I will attempt to help as well :)

There is a pymml (python-mml) for libmml; but it's (just as libmml) work in progress.

Maybe we can concentrate our efforts and actually get it done, there's quite some people who I know would like to work on it, but for some reason, don't.

Ah, it appears you are Merlijn?

What distro are you running, what version, and what is your general setup environment (what pascal compiler)?

Do you do the bulk of your dev in windows or linux? I think you mentioned before you used 64bit, would it be that difficult to make it usable on 32bit linux?

Gentoo Linux, Version is rolling. FPC is 2.6.x (and|or) FPC 2.4.4… But mostly 2.6.x

All in Linux (except for the first year). 64 bit kinda works, but it's mostly untested. Linux lags behind a bit; and forget about Pascalscript (the main interpreter) on any platform other than win32 32 bit; but you might have more luck with lape. Then again, with libmml this shouldn't be a problem. For everything else, Linux and Windows are equal.

Pretty much zero useful documentation. It will take too long for it to be in any useful state if the people who originally contributed to it dont make any tuts/docs for new devs . Ive mentioned the same thing ~1.5 years ago and nothing has been done about it.
