Downloading Simba

This is in the completely wrong forum but I cannot seem to start a thread in the appropriate section and I've spent the last 10 minutes searching without an answer. Sorry for the inconvenience of having to move this if need be, I'm just really stuck. When I try to download Simba for Windows from the villavu website I just get a 403: Forbidden error. I'm not sure if this is broken, if I'm doing it wrong or if there's a work around. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
