So with the release of RS07 servers today, widespread botting is only a matter days away. When you login to the oldschool servers you use the same username and password that you use on normal RS. I was wondering if you get banned on RS07 do your get banned on normal RS too? Is it the same account or is it separate?

They announced a ban on either server will be an "Account ban" and will ban you from both servers.

I believe this was in the Q&A, but I'm not 100% sure.
I do know that they have stated that the account are connected (obviously, since the logins are the same).

Well as far as ban risks go, there also is currently 0 anti-botting technology on the old server, that fancy stuff has yet to arrive on the old-school server. But Jmods are sitting around most everywhere too, so keep that in mind I suppose…
There's probably a higher risk of a ban on the 07 servers than the 13 servers simply because of the amount of vigilant players, Pmods, and Jmods who will want to make a good first impression.
