Lol! It's true… Jagex is so indecisive.

It's true, now I'm used to EOC..

I won't even play on the '07 server probably. Mainly because there will be no updates, filled with bots, no GE, etc. I wish they could just focus on the game as it is right now.

I agree, but it seems that because Jagex is so centralized on making a profit, any action they take will only deepen the hole they've created. A great number of players are unhappy with the way they've transformed the game as it is, and it will be very difficult to reverse it even if they wanted to. If this server is released, I can't see it being as successful if there won't be updates that "spice" the game up and keep it interesting as it did in 2007 and before. And I don't mean updates that were implemented on the regular server after 2007, because those started to ruin the simplicity of RuneScape with all those pointless new equipments and attempts at creating a typical MMORPG far different than what originally appealed to the game's fanbase. Without those critical elements – good updates, maintenance, and enforcement of rules, the old school server will simply die out the same way RuneScape Classic did, except I don't think those players will be returning to the regular server either…

Meh. I really don't get why people are so excited with the old servers. If you want nostalgia, go on a private server. A game that is guaranteed to have no updates, will not succeed.

Yeah that is exactly how they are acting.
F-in stupid. Especially with their "we are listening" crap. They aren't listening, they see this as an oportunity to make more money. Lets charge 15$ more per month to play these 2007 servers. Oh you have to PAY for membership to vote.. etc etc.
