Plays PC, bear with me as I iron out the bugs, pest colors :)

This script is working for me mostly, so if you have problems, turn Debug to true in the settings and post whats going wrong for you and i'll try to help fix.

If you spot any bugs please post em and I'll work on a fix ASAP, Thanks, screenshot and or detailed description appreciated,

1. Graphic's setup as Simba recommends, RS zoomed out to max, max brightness

2. Make sure you have Auto Retaliate ON

4. Highly Recommend using S.M.A.R.T v8.0+ (MIGHT Not Compile On 7.2)

5. Recommend using World 53 as PC requires a decent amount of people

Ah well, nonetheless, it's still an impressive project (in the end). Is the void set still a viable set to use post-EOC? If so, I'll try testing this out for you later.

Yeah void/elite void is still great to use. If this is anything like your zealer then OMG.

Can't get on vet, so no idea ;)

Definitely will run this when I'm able to "babysit". So I can report back with any(if any) issues. Id just gungho it but iirc the max points you can hold is 500? Won't be able to reset if so today :p

It got into the vet boat for me. It seems to use abilities and quick prayer correctly.

e: it just finished a game :) Only complaint is there are so many people by the void captain, it might not win some games because it won't reach the damage required since it only attacks yellow shifters as of now

Exactly why I originally abandoned this, java bots ruin it :/

Oh okay, I understand. There seems to be a lot less people on intermediate by the void captain, so I'm going to try that out.

e: getting 45 coms per hour (hypothetically) at intermediate. better than veterans

the numbers are mixed up at this point. Sometimes the bot wins a few games in a row, and then sometimes it loses quite a few when a lot of people come in.

Re-uploaded 1.1 with diff colors, the people problem isn't something I can really solve :p, I'll add other fight methods sometime ;)

Thanks! I'll try it out. And yep, I understand about the people problem. Intermediate is better imo because there are less people on it.

Yea its probably better, higher levels like to afk at the knight / bot more than the lowers :p

Figure results may very a bit. But as Danny said, sure beats grinding it legit :p! Thanks for input though, I'll definitely try it on the intermediate boat tomorrow.

Do you mean it attacks mobs too quickly? I left it like that so you can compete with the java bot's because their all over the mobs :D, It should not give any color priority because they all get sorted into the one array, then sorted to which is closest to the player :) there are some pests that have very very unique colors that it might ignore, but their rare so it's no big deal, feel free to leave any suggestions you want me to add / change things,

This was more a ReBoot of P1nky's style of pest control script to bring it back to EoC, because people seemed to really want it back, I was working on a full portal choosing dynamic version, but I got fed up with the Java bots and the Gates that need to be opened lol so I kinda abandoned it, it will likely return someday when I have the free time tho :)

What I meant was, it doesn't attack quick enough, I have all my settings exactly how you do in the setup picture. It moves into the middle with everyone else just fine, when it does attack certain mobs, it does attack them fairly quickly, but it still gets beat by other bots, also sometimes it just stands there and lets like a good 5-10 mobs go by without even moving the mouse towards it. =\

what boat is this on, try intermediate? it should attack instantly, are you sure your setup's right?

I tested on both Advanced and Intermediate boat, same results, and yes I'm 43897432987483297438297% sure it's correct. :P

Ran it just now, it seems like when there are a certain number of people on the platform, it has trouble clicking the mobs as fast as everyone else, there's a few second delay when the mob spawns, then by the time it clicks it's too late and it's dead. Also, when people wear anything with the yellowish color, close to the yellow mob that spawn on the platform, it will completely ignore ANYTHING that spawns there and continuously hover over the person with the yellow color on them. I'll send you the screenshots now of what it wasn't attacking.

Well, I sent you the screenshots, I hope you can make something out of it. Also, I saw it just hovering over the Void Knight in the middle, I think it's getting confused with it's outfit and mace, and again hovering over people who have a yellow color on them, mainly the Herblore, and Attack Skillcapes. Good luck. :S

Running it for 10 minutes and I already see a HUGE improvement, it's working much more smoothly. :)

About to get all void armours :) Will post pics when I do. I accidently closed Simba so I don't have the proggy but v2 is running MUCH better!

Haven't botted PC in forever, but only need around 100 more points for the range helmet so it looks like I'll be giving this a go. Is it still mostly bots there, and what boat should I use?

Also, anybody have access to info for the clan worlds? Would be really cool to have this script somehow pull whatever world it is and join that world.

I tested Mid boat alot, seems to work good, theres Java bots here like rats in a sewer ;)

It would be fairly easy to do, but the problem is people calling fake worlds and such :/ even if it only looked what captain rank or whatever+, it would still get fake calls depending how much the leaders change their minds,

Yea jagex's combat screen detecting if you are in combat is fail, so I stopped using it lol, will surely add pic to OP somewhere ;),

If anyone finds a Pest it has trouble detecting that is not a dark red one (same color as the stairs so Idk maybe screenshot them also so I can work it out), please grab a Pic so I can log every color they use :) with you guys helping with that we can hopefully reach 99% accurate detection :p but it seems to almost always make the 5k damage for me now ;)

Hmm ok I see what you mean, guess that would be too difficult to detect since people call fake worlds.

Defends the squire just like P1nky's script did, I'll add portal attacking someday ;) can't stand gates/doors tho :/

Wow missed this post, you tried my script? :O, how did it compare to your private one? Does mine get decent point/per hour? (from your PoV, I have not used PC since the XP nerf way way back after it was released for like a year?)

It runs at just about the same points per hour, but on occasion mine gets a bit higher since mine attacks the portal :P
But either way, really nce job!

Try switching the defines at the very top of the script, if you have smart8 you need define smart8, if you don't, you need just define smart

I was being dumb and didn't catch that. I set up the script with my user and hit run, then it sits there and does nothing. I'm running with the proper graphics settings.

Did you Re-Enable smart? Before you pressed Run? Does it reset the camera angle? Or does it do absolutely nothing?

Smart is enabled. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Simba, made sure I was running smart8 and still nothing.

Nope. It just sits there.

Did you set up for the med boat within Simba? Bring brightness all the way to the right also too.

You need to get rid of that cyan quest area thing on your minimap,

And your brightness is Not up full, so check your graphics again, and close your money pouch

Other scripts are having the same result. I've tried a couple fixes but they haven't worked. Graphics is set to safemode.

Well atleast we know now it's a simba install problem and not my script specifically :p, makes it easier to work out what's wrong,

Errm, trying to think what to try to help fix it, do you have the extentions SRL and SPS along the top of simba?

The debug log must atleast say something? Clear it and then run again, Paste everything it say's exactly from when you pressed run

So your error is related to smart not pairing correctly, have you tried looking in the SMART forum section for common smart issues? Theres a load of different thing's that can cause this problem, so you will have to try them all, such as java version, operating system, and etc

I downgraded from SMART8 or SMART7.2 and it works like a charm!

If I were you, I would focus on getting the script to do move than shifters on the platform. Thanks to others using similar scripts, I cannot always get the require damage to win commendations. If the script maybe also did the torchers at the gates you could guarantee always getting the required damage.

I am doing the med lander. Maybe it works better with novice? That might be useful information to comment in.

Try all three, find one with least people

I was playing with 20-23 people and almost always qualified. I think 30 p/h is pretty good for intermediate.

I'm getting 13 p/h. It's not a huge deal since it just means leaving Simba running longer.

Yup, including Berserk as a threshold. Currently the output is 21 games with 15 points. I've been watching it and this seems to come from the fact that the other bots move faster against the shifters and I can't get a hit in.

What are you combat stats? Mine were 89 attack and 84 str, nothing fancy and I pretty much always qualified.

This script is good but the other bots are quite fast. Just for a comparison, I had maxed stats & Bandos yet I got around 36 commendations per hour at normal times using basic abilities on the intermediate boat.

Yea having to compete with Java bot's in area's that require the same object's sucks, even more so when such a complicated color sorting function is needed just to try and spot all the shifter's / remove false positives :p

Things started going much better when it wasn't crowded. I averaged 25 p/h and nearly have full void!

Hmm okay. Because I tried veteran but it didn't get me any points for the first 5 games, then I tried intermediate and same thing. Plus on intermediate it looked like an obvious bot. So I was kinda skeptical about it. I guess I'll try veteran again later.

Yep no problem, also noticed the mouse movement/speed is a little bit fast(at least compared to how I move a mouse), also has a lot of trouble at the void knight getting 5k zeal, other than that, thanks for the script.

First off, you do not only get 9 pest points an hour. Second of all, the games played and pest points shown on Simba is correct, your bot just isn't fast enough compared to the other pest control bots out there. In 9 hours I can get 900 points man… This bot is obviously not up to par, and it also miss clicks like crazy. In one hour I only get 15 points, compared to an average person that plays pest control getting 100 points an hour. If I wasn't using your bot I would have gotten full void if I played for 9 hours… This bot sucks man…. No exceptions

This script is working well for the majority of people who use it. I got full void effortlessly using it, getting in excess of 50 tokens an hour. Obviously it's not going to be as good as playing legit; it doesn't take a genius to figure that out. It's probably not working well for you because you haven't setup simba correctly, or perhaps the script has magical properties that prevent ungrateful idiots from using the script efficiently. :)

Well by all means feel free to write a better script yourself or "waste 8 hours" doing legit, sorry it's not working well for you

The hate is pretty stupid. Sure you could probably manage more points on your own but not everyone has the time/wants to play pest control. I get more xp/h legitting combat but I don't have the time to do it so I settle for less xp. Same idea, so stop complaining. This helped me get full melee/range void with zero issues. Get over yourself sir.

ty forscrip, i think the reason y some dont get the max amount p/h might b because the script is a lil slow getting back into the boat after the round is over. seems easy to fix.

33% winrate isn't so bad

This could potentially earn 90 points/hour (which is a good number if legitting) if it got the dmg cap every game. I'd suggest that the bot stops moving/attacking etc once it reaches 5k dmg cap every game so it gives other bots a chance to get the cap.

PS the "known bug" for miss-clicking can also be seen as "human-like" (for me it isn't a bug)

Great program. Ran it for 5 hours and it worked really well.
A bug I noticed:
-When the game is over it takes too long for the AI to click on the boat. Basically the player misses the next game because it took too long to click on the plank/boat.

Anyways, thanks for uploading this.

I have to say, I'm really impressed with this script. I only recently started playing/botting RS after a multi-year hiatus. I remember public scripts back then often had bugs, short run times and other annoying thorns that popped up. With your script, I simply entered in the User Setup and ran for hours right off the bat. It was a beautiful thing. +1 to you for your great work. Keep it up man :)

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not but the mouse doesn't move or anything when I'm in a boat so eventually it goes to the lobby if the game doesn't start soon enough. Then it just clicks on the thing to refresh membership which opens 3000 tabs D:

There is one MAJOR issue: when you get the warning at 498 points (max points you can have = 500) the script won't stop clicking the gangplank. Atleast thats what I saw when I had it run for a night. Very sure it is suspicious, I'm waiting for a potentional ban actually!

Is pest control still worth it?
