Runescape Trial Membership Payment Options

Can someone please (in detail) tell me the different payment options for a Runescape Trial Membership?
Such as PayByPhone, PayBySMS/SurfPin, PayPal, Credit Card, PayByCash etc.

I guess specifically I'd like to know if PayByCash is an option, and after choosing it how much $ worth of UCG would you need to activate it?
Screenshots are a plus!

Paybycash doesnt give the discount of 1.98 last i checked, Ill screen shot one of my trial accounts in a bit for you tho.

Edit: just checked, Only Paypal and credit card get the discounted trial rate. All other methods have to pay the normal $7.99 (usd)

If its a refer a friend account, you still pay the normal $7.99, Jagex changed it for that because people were abusing it to pay just $1.98 for mems on there Main and trial account at the same time.

If you just make a trial account (without refer a friend on it) from a new email. And go to add mems to it, Via credit card or paypal its just $1.98.
