Is my skiller ruined?

In a perfect world, yes it is ruined. Anything above level 1 is ruined. Does prayer contribute to combat level since EOC?

The level 5 attack will not contribute to your cb. You could get all stats to 99 apart from defence and your cb would not change I'm pretty sure.

Imo, the only requirement for a skiller is to have high skills, and not high combat. I'm going to train my skiller to attack lv 50 so it can wield rune tools.

Ahh yes, it is def + either attack, range or magic. So if you wanted a lvl 4 then magic would have to be 1 also.

So it's still a desirable skiller?

Bad market currently for accounts, but yea it still seems desirable. Skillers normally have all skills, no/low cb. You already have mage and attack doesnt affect the overall cb level so it just adds to total level and might aid you if you get it to say 50 for rune equipment. The decent skills are all that matters.

Yeah it is, luckily it's got cheaper recently thanks to EOC.
